Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Anne; daughter, Barbara Santella and husband Nicholas of Charlotte, NC; 2 sons, Robert Wilkosz and wife April of Tampa and Patrick Wilkosz and wife Diane of St. Petersburg; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dr. Wilkosz practiced dentistry in Depew, NY for 50 years and was a life member of the American Dental Association. He was also a Captain in the US Army in the Dental Division. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lifepath Hospice, Pearl Team, 12973 Telecom Pkwy, Suite 100, Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
