Mother: Agnieszka nee Oryl or Oryk, 30 years old
Witnesses: Wojciech Gołębiewski, 50 and Maciej Werzniawski, 30, both peasants from Ludawka
Father and witnesses are illiterate.

She left four sons: Tomasz, Andrzej, Dominik, Piotr and a daughter Julianna.
