I couldn't read everything.
On 4.05.1823 a civic marriage took place in Stara Rawa parish between Wilhelm Rauch, 27, bachelor born in parish Sy.... , son of Piotr Rauch living and deceased unknown mother, living in Karolinów, gmina Jeruzal
and
Anna Marianna Domitrowa (Domiter), 24, widow, born Supple/ Suppel/ Siepple/ Sieppel in parish Seynewalt (?), daughter of living father Jędrzej and deceased unknown mother
Both produced birth certificates. There should be annexes to the marriage in Łódź state archive that might clear up the birthplaces, as well as the maiden name of Anna Maria.

The witnessess Gottfried Gottszling, 44, Krystian Kube, 34, Marcin Klemke, 40, Krystian Kiper, 40, all colonists from Sewerynów.

I checked and there should be annexes (alegata in Polish) from 1823. Until 1825 the RC church held the civic records.

I haven't emailed with them, but got responses from other archives.

Email that you ask for the alegata do aktu ślubu nr 3 z 1823 roku ze Starej Rawy pomiędzy Wilhelmem Rauch i Anną Marianną Domitrową, zespół 1678/0 Akta stanu cywilnego Parafii Rzymskokatolickiej w Starej Rawie.
Please remember to add your full postal address with postal code in your email, otherwise they will not answer. I waited about 3 weeks for an answer from Kielce, the cost was minimal as I wrote what I was looking for.
