TRZNADEL Caroline Carol A. Trznadel, 65, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2003 at her residence in Orange Park, FL. Of the Catholic faith Mrs. Trznadel was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Green Cove Springs, becoming a member of the Clay County Community in 1992. Carol was an active member of the Orange Park Charter Chapter of the American Business Womens Association and the Council of Catholic Women at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was the 2003-2004 incoming President of the Council. Beginning her secretarial career for a small Coal Co in MI, later to work in Joppatowne, MD working as a secretary for CCD Director Religious Studies of Holy Spirit Church. She was very involved in her childrens activities, especially as a Scouting leader for a number of years. She was known for her life long love of reading. Carol was also very active in the boating community in MD. Preceded in death by her husband Jerry of 39 years on April 27, 1997. Survived by sons; Rich of MD, Ron (Christine) of MA and Jeff (Suzanne) of PA, daughters; Julie (Howard Jr.) Sifford of MD, Emily (Ed Jr.) Pate of Orange Park, FL, brother; Jack Myszkowski of MI, sisters; Judy Parrott of MI, Betty Kokay of SC, Phyllis Mento and Peggy Tousignant both of MI, including 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, G.C.S., Wednesday, October 22, at 6 p.m. with Vigil services beginning at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 207 Palmetto St., G.C.S., Thursday, Oct 23, Father Donal Sullivan officiating. Internment will follow at Penney Farms Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Pons Family Funeral Home, 3265 Highway 17, Green Cove Springs (904) 284-1133. TRZNADEL - Jerry M. Trznadel, 63, of Fleming Island, died Sunday, April 27, 1997 at Orange Park Medical Center. Mr. Trznadel was born in Detroit, Michigan and resided in the local area for the past five years. Jerry served his country as a veteran in the United States Army and was a retired senior treasury specialist in the finance department for CSX Transportation. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Green Cove Springs and was affiliated with the Knights of Columbus and a member of Amateur Hamm Radio Club of Orange Park. He is survived by his beloved family members: wife of 39 years, Caroline; daughters, Emily Trznadel, Orange Park, Julie Sifford and husband Howard O. Jr., MD; sons, Richard, MD, Ronald and wife Christine, MA, Jeffrey and wife Suzanne, PA; brother, Al and wife Jean, CA; sister, Joan Duboise, AL; 9 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sister, Helene Langlois, MI. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 30th, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church between 6-7:30 PM, with the Vigil at 7:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 1st, 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Donal Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow at Penney Farms Cemetery. Witam, mam wielką prośbę otóż poszukuję jakiejkolwiek pomocy w odnalezieniu rodziny, która przed laty wyjechała do Ameryki. Z nie do końca pewnej informacji słyszałam historię, że moja praprababcia wyjechała do Ameryki zabierając ze sobą wszystkie swoje dzieci poza moją prababcią, później przesyłali nam jakieś zdjęcia ze ślubów itp (musi być sporo później bo zdjęcia już są kolorowe) z tylu zdjęć są podpisy, ale niestety same imiona lecz natrafiłam na jedno nazwisko "Smorągiewicz" a konkretnie napsiane jest tak : "Wuj Smorągiewicz mąż Lodzi". Póbowałam jakoś posklejać skobie te imiona (czasami jest napisane np dzieci Stasi: ...." ) i wyszło mi że była tam jakaś Stasia która miała 4 dzieci : Marysie która na pewno wyszła za mąż, Józefa, Anie i Michała. Była jakaś Lodzia i jej wspomniany mąż Smorągiewicz, była Zosia, Helena, i Adam który ma żonę Józię, raz też pojawił sie podpis ktos tam z babcią. Chodzi mi bardziej o znalezienie dzieci wspomnianych wcześniej osób ogólnie o jakikolwiek kontakt z kimkolwiek z tej rodziny.
