Witam.Nie wiem gdzie powinnam umieścić ten post,więc proszę o przesunięcie,gdyby okazało się,że to nie to miejsce.Otóż,Ancestry.com proponuje darmowy 14 dniowy próbny dostęp do swoich zasobów.Super ! Oczywiscie postanowił skorzystać z tej formy mój kuzyn.Niestety okazało się,że admnistrator strony Ancestry.com,zmienił złożone zamówienie z wykupu 30 dniowego dostepu,za 24 USD na bagatela 364,28 USD,czego na stronie w informacjach nie było.Jedyna informacjato ta,że jeżeli się nie wymówi i nie zdeklaruje innego abonamentu,to będzie trzeba zapłacić 155 USD + koszty.Mało tego te 364,28 = 1200 PLN i kwota ta była zablokowana na koncie.Oczywiście,zaraz zostało złożone wymówienie i cofnięto transakcję.Czy osoby korzystające z dostępu do w/w strony mogą mi wytłumaczyć jej funkcjonowanie.Może niepotrzebnie zrezygnowaliśmy z dostępu,ale skoro z 24 USD,raptem robi się 360,to daje to do myślenia.Czy ktoś miał już taki problem.

Ja też wzięłam sobię tę 14-dniową próbną wersję.
W mailu z hasłem na dole jest "unsubcribe".
Tylko, że nie działa. Piszą, że mają problemy techniczne i proszą żeby spróbować później.

Czy mam się uważać za oszukaną?
Jak mam zrezygnować? Wie ktoś?

Jolu,a dostałaś maila,że masz dostęp na cały świat i za kwotę 365 USD ? Jerzy,który to właśnie zafundwał sobie 14 dniowy darmowy dostęp do Ancestry,zlikwidował kartę i zaraz zawiesł dostęp do strony.Nie umiem Ci inaczej pomóc.Czy chcieli oszukać ? Tego nie wiemy,ale nie chcieliśmy też zapłacić 1200 PLN.
