Here is the 7 December 1912 death record of Józef Płoski from the town of Nadarzyn, pow. Pruszków, woj. mazowieckie. The town can be found about 20 kms south west of Warszawa. Death record is #80 https://metryki.genealodzy.pl/index.php ... 6&zoom=1.5

Wincentyna died in 1937 in Nadarzyn.
