I know that my grandfather was born in 1900 in Staszów, Poland. I found only this information:

But it has no official scans or written data to present to the Israel consul. Could you help me to navigate the next steps. Where should I make a reques to get official confirmation of his birthday and family data? Thank you!

Official scan (documents in proper form) you ca reach only in (from) state archive - Archiwum Państwowe - which holds original of these documents.

Forms (scans, photos) in our service are form genealogical needs. To inform, not to prove in administrations procedures.

May you help me with finding the scans of the birthday of Chaja Beker (my great grand mother). I have now the scans only for the grand father. But consul asks to see the whole Jewish line starting women.

okazał nam dziecię płci żeńskiej ,tu w Staszowie urodzone ,
na dniu 16/28 grudnia roku zeszłego o godzinie trzeciej rano ,
z małżonki jego Gendli z z Wasercyierów , lat dwadzieścia licząca,
któremu nadano imię Chaja.

I also have a question, that my great grandfather has the name Mahman/ Monahem (at the marriage metric) and then he became Minahem (grandfather birthday metric), could it be a problem? Is it a one name?
