Search for the Churchbook of Racibórz-Ostróg

Hello from Germany,

i search the churchbooks of Racibórz-Ostróg. On familysearch they are closed with a key. In a familysearch Center are the same.

Any ideas how i found the churchbooks on an other way?

Hello Artur,
thanks for the quick response.
The problem is, that i search a marrige entry from 1915. The film on familysearch are closed. The other film on siliusradicum goes only to 1874. On the Geneteka i found ma entry for Jakob Griegel and Anna Tondera but i need more information where ther live or come from..

Then you can write to State Archive in Racibórz (Ratibor) to aquire copy of the act (it won't be churchbook just Standesamt, but I think there'll be more information). If you give them the necessary info it will cost you 2-4 PLN. By the info I mean:
Reference code: 18/285/0 Urząd Stanu Cywilnego w Ostrogu
Signature of the unit: 18/285/0/4/1/34 Księga małżeństw 1908-1919
Act number: 3/1915 Jakob Griegel & Anna Tondera

Archive contact: apraciborz@katowice.ap.gov.pl

From personal experiece I can tell they respond quite quickly.

Hallo Woody,
habe den Namen Griegel im Adressbuch Ratibor 1938 gefunden. Franz, Jacob und Johann haben in Ostrog gewohnt und alle haben bei der Reichsbahn gearbeitet. Es hilft dir nicht weiter, aber vielleicht auch interessant.
