Trying to find document about my Grandmother

I found this about my grandmother on my mother's side on Genetka.1898 - Katarzyna Drelich -Father Jozef Drelich and mother Aniela Konior - Parish - Letownia - Place Groble There is no scan for me to get this document but I do have Letownia as the Parish and Groble as the place . Do you know how I can get the scanned document?
