In 1814 June 7 at 10 a.m
appeared before us: the Czerwin Commander, performing the duties of the civil registrar of the Czerwin commune of the Wyszogród district in the Płock department,
Zelek LEWKOWICZ the tavern ovner(karczmarz), forty-five years old and showed us a female child who was born in his house at number 24, on June 6 this year at 11? o'clock at night and declared that the child was born from his marriage to Itta ? MICHALOW, 30 years old, and that he wanted to name him Rozalia.
