Hello,

I am wondering if anyone would be able to help me find information about my second great grandfather Piotr Jakubowski. He was born around 1848, we are not sure of the exact location but it's either Wielkopolska, or Kujawsko-Pomorskie. I do know that he married Franciszka Wesolek in Juncewo, in the year 1872. Their marriage is listed on Poznan Project, and so far, that is the only trace of Piotr in Poland me and my family have found. After he married, he immigrated to the United States where he died in 1891. I have tried searching on countless sites for any information on his life in Poland and have had no success. It also does not help that I know very basic Polish. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I apologise for my lengthy message.
