Number 65 is marriage certificate between Stanisław Ostasz and Tekla Janeczko, 1901, Krasnobród, about 13 km from Rachodoszcze. Maybe it's them?

Yup, that's them.
Leon and Felix were born in the USA, and on Felix marriage certificate, it states, mother was Tekla Janiecko
