person known to the official,
born 16.02.1901 in Gleiwitz /Gliwice/,
No. of birth certificate 337/1901 at USC/Standesamt Gleiwitz I .
resided in Annagrube.
daughter of a mine worker /Grubenarbeiter/ Johann Kurka
and his wife Bronisława née Sliwka, [both] residing in Annagrube.
As witnesses were selected and appeared:

The registrar asked each of the fiancés individually
and consecutively whether they wished to marry. When the fiancés
answered this question in the affirmative, then the official ruled,
that under the civil code /Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch/ they are henceforth
legally associated spouses.
