This happened in the city of Łódź in the parish of Holy Cross on the 2nd [Julian] 14th [Gregorian] of current month [September] 1890 at 4 pm. Before us appeared Edward Bielecki laborer from Łódź 40 years old accompanied by Karol Przybysz laborer and Hieronim Bielecki metal worker both from Łódź, and showed us a child of male sex born on the 28 of August [Julian], 9th of September [Gregorian] of this year at 8 pm of his wife Marcela nee Pruska 24 years old. At the christening the name of Hieronim Michał was given and his godparents were Karol Przybysz and Łucja Bielecka. This document was read to the witnesses signed by us.

Something like that I'm not 100% on the witnesses name. It could be Przybych or Przybył. Perhaps someone else can chime in.
