How to find military documents from the years 70s-90s?

Hello everyone, how do I find military documents regarding mandatory service in the army between/around the 70s-90s? According to my uncle, my grandpa Teodor Ostasz was stationed in Toszek and met my grandmother there because of that reason. I tested the military archive website database for one of my other uncle's as well who also did mandatory military service but he is also not showing up.
