Podlaskie inquiry + general surname

Dual question:
Firstly, is the surname Dziedzic interchangeable with Jedziniak if birth and marriage records seem to indicate it is the same person?
Secondly, I've done all of my Polish ancestry to pre-1800 except in the case of a section of Podlaskie-related ancestry; mainly because I cannot trace a certain surname's background, with the speculative answers being unhelpful or adding confusion. I seek information on a Jozef Andrulewicz who can last be reliably attested to in an 1859 marriage to Teresa Żołnierowicz in Kaletnik parish, Podlaskie. Given that this surname did not seem to exist in Podlaskie until 1800, common sense tells me it came from Vilnius after the Third Partition. Genealogical inquiries yield answers between "Rabbinic lineage" and kulaks, but they both have zero evidence, and I would like concrete answers. Any assistance or insight into this problem would be much appreciated, and no I haven't contacted Suwalki's archive yet, though I will soon.
P.S. if the text of that 1859 marriage book can be sent to me (both untranslated and translated) that would be helpful since I cannot really read the handwriting.
