My grandmother was born in Numslau, Kreis Breslau. Germany/Poland in 1936

Trying to find a way to get an official copy of her birth certificate. I have legal help in the United States but they can't seem to find it.

Where do I go to get this certificate?

Her name was Christel Maria Gertrud Herrmann

Person born 1936. It is less than 100 years. The document should be in civil registration office (Urząd Stanu Cywilnego short USC)
As it is restricted by law due to privacy regulations. The USC can require a kind of proof that you are descendant of the person. Try an email but write your address. I don't know if they speak English or German.
