Looking for parents Tomasz Raczka (1743-1813) Rabka-Zdroj

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for the parents of Tomasz Raczka (1743-1813) from presumably Rabka-Zdroj.
Tomasz Raczka (1743-1813) was married to Agnieszka Sienkowiecz (1764-1829) of which I made a seperate post on this forum.
When looking for his birth akt I can't see any Raczka's from before 1778 in Rabka-Zdroj, how is this possible?
It says on the katalog:
1605-11,13-19,23-24,26-33,35-45,47-67,69-89,91-1922
I found Tomasz Raczka (1743-1813) through a new match on myheritage:
