To answer your first question, from Arek_Bereza's response,
https://www.familysearch.org/pl/search/ ... oha:179978 should have the same information. If you ask about scans on
https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/jed ... ka/1511806, you will most likely have to pay for each page you request. I requested something similar for Evangelical records from Szamotuły (Samter) and each page had the following prices: jpg scan at 300 dpi = 2 PLN, tiff scan at 300 dpi = 3 PLN.
For the second question, I do not know if there are censuses available. I suspect I have an Evangelical ancestor born in Kowanówko, Oborniki, Poland and am currently requesting information about their birth record from Julia Słowińska, who is the Head of the Independent Administrative Section
of the District Court in Oborniki. I am doing this because if you look at
https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/zes ... spol/19380, you will see the following statement: "Od 1794 r. w zaborze pruskim obowiązkowe rejestry urodzeń, małżeństw i zgonów uzyskały rangę dokumentów publiczno-prawnych, i dalej prowadzili je duchowni. Zostali oni także zobowiązani do sporządzania uwierzytelnionych odpisów aktów; były one przechowane w sądzie I instancji, właściwym dla miejscowości należących do parafii." So, that is another option if you need records starting in 1794 (in your case, I do not know which courts you need for Rogoźno and Chodzież - you will need to research that). In my case, I had to reach out to the court because if you look at
https://poznan-project.psnc.pl/page.php ... t_oborniki, you will see only the years 1840 and 1845 are available for Evangelical Oborniki records. I hope this helps.
