Hi there! I'm researching my husband's family. After searching the indexes, I found only one instance of the names Jakub Szczepanski and Anna Pelc (the likely parents of his great-great-grandparents) appearing together in the right years. They seem to have married and had several children in Kosina (though no sign of their daughter Katarzyna/our immediate ancestor yet). Unfortunately, I can't see the scans for the record and I am hoping that the actual copies might have additional information that will help me find more information. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Po przeszukaniu indeksów znalazłam tylko jeden przypadek, w którym nazwiska Jakub Szczepański i Anna Pelc (prawdopodobni rodzice jego prapradziadków) pojawiają się razem w odpowiednich latach. Wygląda na to, że pobrali się i mieli kilkoro dzieci w Kosinie (choć nie ma jeszcze śladu po ich córce Katarzynie/naszym bezpośrednim przodku). Niestety, nie widzę skanów tych dokumentów i mam nadzieję, że w samych kopiach znajdą się dodatkowe informacje, które pomogą mi je znaleźć. Czy ktoś ma jakieś rekomendacje?

Hi,
My nick is surman and I made Kosina index. I am in possesion of scans of Kosina parish but unfortunately there is one 11 years gap in birth records. I suspect that this book is still in Registry Office in Łańcut. Book vol 3 from year 1879.
I have birth scans till year 1878 and other records from year 1890 till year 1927.
