Nowe Piekuty Records

Hello,
My grandfather, Jan Krasowski, was born in the village of Skłody-Borowe in the parish of Nowe Piekuty. In trying to research his ancestors I found that for Nowe Piekuty the only years indexed in Geneteka are, births (1699-1722); marriages (1940-1944); and deaths (1894-1944).
This makes me wonder about the existence of records for this parish for other years. Here are some possibilities for these records in the form of a multiple-choice question (for those who like multiple-choice questions
).
Records for other years in the parish of Nowe Piekuty:
A. Don’t exist.
B. Exist only in hard copies at the parish church (or maybe local state offices).
C. Exist in hard copies in Polish State Archives in Białystok or in Łomża.
D. Are scanned in the Polish State Archives online.
E. All of the above.
F. Some of the above.
G. None of the above.
