My grandfather, Wladyslaw Fyda, was born 1892 in Kuzmy. I am not sure but I think Kuzmy is located in Kozienice County, Masovian VoivodeshipI I am having difficulty in finding the parish for Kuzmy, at the time my grandfather was born. I would appreciate any help.

The first link gives you some info about all places called "Kuźmy" listed in "Słownik geograficzny Królestwa Polskiego i innych krajów słowiańskich" (you will need to click through to separate links and maybe use google translator to start with?).
The second link is to a current map of Poland (with a search facility). If you input "Kuźmy" under "Miejscowość" just below a bright pink heading "Pokaż na mapie" on the right hand side and click on "Pokaż" button you shall get three results marked on the map, and some info on the right hand side about each one of them (again, you can copy to www.translate.google.com to start with or just ask for a further clarification here). Is this name correct? There are several similar names for the village. For example: Kuzmin in Volhynia.
