In Diocesan Archive You won't find anything form Pacanów, but in National Archive in Kielce You can search in materials (Birth, Death and Marriage) from between 1875-1908 (both: catholic and jewish)

Michael,
Lukasz is correct (see above); this is what you can find in National Archives in Kielce:
Jewish records:
alegata 1883, 1889-1908,
małżeństwa 1875-1908
urodzenia 1875-1908,
zgony 1875-1908,
Roman-Catolic records
alegata 1875-1881, 1883-1897,1900-1905,1907-1908
małżeństwa 1875-1908,
urodzenia 1875-1908,
zgony 1875-1908,
** urodzenia - birth certificates
** zgony - death certificates
** malzenstwa - marriage certificates
** alegata - addendum to marriage certificates
If you want, I can connect you with somebody who can help you with your research in Kielce.

Kasiek/Lukasz,
Thank you for your quick replies. Perhaps, my question was not the correct one. I am trying to locate the Religious (not the Civil/National Archive) for Pacanow.
I knew that the Church (Diocessan) Archive in Kielce has my grandmother's family (and they are from Biechow which is the next parish over from Pacanow). I also knew that the Church Archive in Kielce had Zborowek and Ksiaznice too. So I assumed it held Pacanow as well.
If the Church Archive in Kielce does
NOT have Pacanow, then which church archive should I be looking in?
Thank You in advance!

Marcin,
I am searching for Elijasz family records (ur., sl./mal., zg., and alegata). Specifically,:
Marcin Elijasz born (ur.) about 1819 in Pacanow?? and who died in Pacanow in 1879 (I have his church death record). I am seeking Marcin's birth record and his marriage record to Anna Zasucha. I believe all events happened in Pacanow parish.
I would also like to get the records for Marcin & Anna z. Zasucha Elijaszow's children's birth/marriage/death records (some marriage records and one death record I have already). I can provide details if anyone wants to look.
Also, in an ideal world I would love to find Marcin Elijasz's parents and their parents records too.
Thank You!

P.S.
I should have mentioned I am CATHOLIC and there are CATHOLIC church records (Eliasz / Elijasz) back to 1670. So I am searching for CATHOLIC records -- hence the Church Archive (Diocessan Archive).

Pacanow belongs to Kielce Diocese, therefore all the record you are looking for should be in their archives.
It is much harder though to get records from diocese's archives then it is form the national archives.

Marcin,
In Biechow, I would be looking at my grandmother's family:
Leszczynskich (Leszczynski)
I am looking for Death of Tomasz Leszczynski (about 1939 r.) and his wife Aniela z. Major Leszczynski before Tomasz's death (1935-1939).
I am also looking for my grandmother: Walerya Leszczynska born about 1886-1888 in Biechow and her brother Mikolaj's birth (about 1894) record too.
Both are the children of Tomasz Leszczynski & Aniela z. Major Leszczynskich. I have most other birth records (Teofil, Antonina, Genowefa, Wincenty, and Jozef) of Tomasz & Aniela.
Tomasz Leszczynski was married once before to a Juliana Kordos. I am missing birth records from Franciszek Leszczinski and Jan Leszczynski from this couple.
I would also love to have Tomasz Leszczynski & Julianna Kordos marriage record from Biechow??? before 1860. Julianna z. Kordos Leszczynski died 1881 in Biechow (I have the death record).
Tomasz Leszczynski married Aniela Major on 10/22/1885 in Biechow.

I've got access only to earlier years.
Births before 1855, married before 1842 and died before 1860.

Marcin,
You are very kind to check. My great-grandfather Tomasz Leszczynski was born about 1834-1837 in Biechow I think. Perhaps you can find his birth record (which I would dearly love).
Now I will make you laugh. There is a family legend that Tomasz was some kind of szlachta but nobody alive remembers. Since Stanislaw Leszczynski only had daughters it seems unlikely to be through him.
My thanks for all of your kindness. The name Leszczynski, while popular elsewhere in Poland is fairly rare in Biechow parish and any Leszczynski would most likely be related to me (through old Tomasz) who lived to be 104 years old (dying around 1939). I only mention the szlachta rumor to aid you in determining if a Leszczynski is in my tree or not.

Hmm..
Are You sure that he was born in Biechów? I checked 1830-1845 and I don't found persons with this surname.. Maybe You have others places when he can born? I can help You (with search). We had king which called Stanisław Leszczyński. He had two daughters and You can't be his great [...] grandson, but his father had brothers. Now You must tell me where Tomasz could was born

Marcin,
I will have to do research to find Tomasz Leszczynski 's birthplace. If he was not born in Biechow, then I would check Lodz. I would check Lodz, only because, my grandmother Walerya Leszczynski was said to have owned a mill (do not know what kind) in Lodz. Since she left in 1913 at the age of about 27, she could only have received that mill through her father.
Might there be some court document on the transfer of the mill from Tomasz Leszczynski to Walerya Lesczynski ? Perhaps that transfer document would indicate Tomasz's birthplace (or at least another locale from which he came to Biechow). I do not know if that is something you can do.

Marcin,
Are there any Leszczynski deaths before 1860? I am not looking for children, but adults. It would indicate Tomasz's parents (or siblings) and perhaps those death records will indicate prior village of birth (to check for Tomasz).

Marcin,
I do not know Tomasz 's parents (not even their names). I know from Tomasz 's children born in 1860's in Biechow that Tomasz owned an Inn and was a shoemaker (szewc).
I have a bit of a timeline for Tomasz at RootsWeb:
