Request for translation of the following from Russian to English:
1895 Marriage record for my great-grandparents: Feliks Celmer and Stanislawa Potynska from the parish of Drozdowo east of Lomza.

It happened in city Lomza 18/30 January 1895 at 6:00PM. We declare that in the presence of witnesses Thomas Sawicki, 40 years old and Joseph Koszykowski 40 years old. On this day a religious marriage was performed between Felix Celmer groom 21 years old, worker, born in Krzewo parish Drozdowo, son Hipolit and Mary the maiden name Wykopska. And Stanislawa Potynska bride 22 years old born...; daughter Stanislaw; This marriage was preceded by three banns in both parishes Lomza and Drozdowo. The newlyweds declared that they didn't sign a premarital agreement. This document was read to newlyweds and witnesses, and signed only by me (priest).
