Where to locate specific death info from operation visla

Been struggling a bit with this one.

An ancestor of mine was shot dead in 1946 as a result of Eviction regulations in Kulaszne.

I assume there would be a specific document(s) regarding his death?

Where/whom would i try and locate/get a copy of this file?
