Hello, I was wondering if anyone could translate this birth from 1878 #28, into english for me.

Gradzanowo, Feb 23/Mar 7, 1878 at 4pm. Appeared Katarzyna Szarf, a midwife, age 63, residing in Bojanowo; accompanied by Antoni Majerski, a farmer, age 40, and Felicjan Siemientkowski, a farm-owner, age 43, both from Bojanowo. They presented to us a male child, declaring that it was born in Bojanowo on Feb 22/Mar 6 of the current year from Salomea nee Rzeszotarski, unmarried, age 31. This child received a name Bronisław during the Holy Baptism ceremony conducted today, and his godparents were: Tomasz Gutkowski and Helena Jozikowski. This document has been read to the appearing and the witnesses, all illiterate, and was signed by us only. Priest Wiktoryn Bogacki, the parson of the Gradzanowo parish and civil registrar.
