Hi there I found with the digitalized pages of the Archive of Mlawa the registers of Ruszkowo Rauschken kreis Osterode.The last file of the year
1912 only had Birth and Dead.The marriage register was not there.
Can somebody tell me where to find this?

I’m not an expert in Ruszkowo but I will try to help you.
I would suggest a mail to the State Archive in Mlawa. It could happen that they have the marriage register for 1912 but it was not given to the person making photos.
According to the Polish Archive database the whole BDM 1912 is NOT available in State Archives at all.

But this is not true for BD records.
The other possibility is that the M records are still in the USC (this is the local authority responsible for marriage licenses etc). I guess in 1967 there was an USC located in Ruszkowo but I doubt it is still the case. As 1912 is more than 100 years ago you don’t need a proof of relationship.
You can also try to contact local parish (depending on the confession). Some old records from this are available only in German Archives.
