Dear all,
My name is Andrey and as you I am doing my family research. I would like to ask your assistance in finding information about those families:
1. Mackiewicz from Lomza Governorate
Anelia Mackiewicz, born in Lomza in 11/02/1871 the daughter of Augustine (or Awgustin, or Awgust) Mackiewicz. Anelia was considered as a city dweller of Lomza. Further (later than 1905), Anelia moved with her husband (last name: Levashov) to Russia. Possibly, Ivan (Iwan) Mackiewicz was her brother. Ivan for a long time was working as teacher in Mazoweck school.
2. Bujanowski (possibly Bojanowski) from Suwalki Governorate
Anton Bujanowski was born in 01/07/1842 and considered as a peasant of Veiveriai gmina Mariampolski region Suwalki Governorate (currently: Veiveriai, Kauno apskritis, Lietuvos Respublika). He was a son of Nykodim Bujanowski. In 1880 Anton moved to Priekule railroad station (near Libava / Liepajas in Latvia) and lived here until evacuation in 1917 to Gomel (Belarus).
This is all what I know (from russian archives). It is important to mention, that I know the descendants of Anelia Mackiewicz and Anton Bujanowski (at least who was born later than 1880), so I am interested in searching for ancestors of those persons and their relatives.
I will appreciate any help or guidance in finding my roots. I already did a good job in finding information in Russian archives and it is time to look over polish sources. Unfortunately, I don't know polish language, but I can use google translator.
I already did a quick search over Genetika database, but results were close to what I looking for.
Please, contact me here or via email, whatever you prefer. Thank you very much again.
Andrey.
