My name is Hans Huizing and I am new on this site. I live in Holland. My mother originates from Poland. I am looking for people with the familynames Lazer (Laser), Strenga and Kinder. Maybe we can help each other in our research. The area is West Preussen and Kreis Stuhm. (parish Zulawa Sztumska).

I have a digital copy of the Zulawa Sztumska (Posilge) churchbooks and could partly reconstruct my ancestor line. I also use the information on the ptg.dta.pl site. So the past back to about 1800 is quite clear. Because of the lack of churchbooks between about 1753 and 1801, I lost track of the Kinder family in that area. From 1753 back there are no Kinders in the Posilge parish. So they must have come from somewhere else. Maybe there is a connection with the Kinders from the Koscierzyna area. But I have not found it yet. And I would like to get in contact with people of the mentioned names. We could be related and they might be able to help. Thanks again for your reply!
