Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum. I am from the US, and do not speak Polish.

My great-great-grandfather was from Osiek kolo Oświęcim, and his parents from the surrounding area (Malec, Andrychow, Inwald) in Southern Poland.

I want to make a post about it, but do not know enough Polish to know which forum to post in.

Can someone direct me to the right place to post it?

Since it said "general discussion," I didn't figure this was the particular forum to post actual requests for information, but I will make a post here, also (after posting, and viewing this English forum, I saw that several people seem to have posted about specific names, and places here, so I guess I will too).

Thank you for the "Place" forum... I will make a post there too (in broken, Google-translated Polish, but maybe someone will understand and be able to help! )
