russian record translation

Hello Could somebody help me to translate this Russian record from Vievis parish. Ibelieve in is a record of one of my Fronckiewicz ancestors, however I don't speak Russian and perhaps this isn't a Fronckiewicz on the birth record.

It is record #119.

It might be a child of Jakub Fronckiewicz

Child name is Konstanty, parents: peasant Tomasz and Agnieszka nee Stefanowicz Grieju...?

Yes. For some reason I looked at the wrong column decribing sex of the child.
