Russian index translation help

Hello all,

Given as stated before my complete lack of russian knowledge I ask the community here to help to find Michalkiewicz's in these indexes for Suderwa parish. I am looking to cover a period from 1903-1909. 1903 is when my great grandparents Jozef Michalkiewicz and Weronika Szymkiewicz were married and they came to the USA in 1910. I am looking for possible other siblings for my grandfather.

So far I know he had the following sibilings

Rafal: born 1906
Jozefa: born about 1908
he was himself born in 1921 in Hartford, CT, USA
Dorota:born 1926
Konstanty: born 1927

I am checking the connecticut vital records for other siblings but I would like to see if they had other children in Europe before they moved to the USA. If I was able to make a list of all the Michalkiewicz births for these years I can investigate further, with more help online or from a researcher who reads Russian
