Mother: Marianna Tondys, unmarried, maid, aged 26.
The birth was reported by: Józefa Tondys, who was present at the childbirth, aged 40, living in Sochaczew, wife of a day-labourer.
Witnesses: Jakub Leszczyński, aged 46; Szczepan Karwaciński, aged 45; both day-labourers living in Sochaczew.
