there is a translation:

date: 4th April 1824
witnesses: Jan Szymczak, living in Skotniki, 30, decedent's neighbour, Stanisław Łukasiak, living in Skotniki, 25, decedent's neighbour
decedent: Józef Tondys, living in Skotniki no. 3, 70, husband of Urszula nee Jozwowy[?], died on 3rd April at midnight
