It is a kind of confirmation of baptizing Franciszek Huzarewicz based on the act of knowing/ recognizing - don`t know how to translate. In XIX century people who got married but didn`t have certificate of baptism had to have witnesses to confirm their identity in front of priest or JP (justice of peace). But in this case, priest confirm the act of baptizing by himself, without witnesses. He knew dates of birth 1 march 1895 (Łahiszyn) and baptizing 20 may 1895 (Pińsk). He made it in 1957 so it is not a matter of perfect memory

. I think he had a list of parishioners or something like that. He was a rector in Łahiszyn 1931-1945

Before his death he made a donation (some private books) for the catholic seminar in Drohiczyn.

To the point, you got access to Pińsk metrics, so try to find original metric of Franciszek Huzarewicz and other people from the family (like act of marriage of Grzegorz Huzarewicz i Aniela Szawlińska)
