General Question

Hello,

I have a birth "Certificate" not the act itself from the parish book. It states "Roman Ziolo" born in W Tarnowie - 1896 - 272/63 - Does anyone have the direction for me as to where I might start looking for my Ziolo records? Roman is the son of Stainslaw and Katarzyna Molda. I am looking for the birth and marriage records family Ziolo.

Father: Stanisław, son of Antoni Zioło and Agnieszka nee Patyk. Stanisław was born in 1845, he was a mason and got married to Katarzyna in 1888.
Mother: Katarzyna nee Mołda, daughter of Jakub Mołda and Marianna. Katarzyna was born in 1854.
