Could someone please help me with the details in the following act:

I am especially interested in details about the parents, like the towns they are from. I can't seem to find any more information about them.

And if possible could you tell me if the letter Z is Zhe (Ж ж) in the the Cyrillic script? I am trying the learn what the letters look like as I go by hand through the record searching for more of the family.

Hello,
I am sending a translation to a private mail in a .png file, because it contains Polish letters. The first letter of the surname is Ж - as in the translation. The letter Z would be written as (З) in Russian.
