Could someone please translate this record?

It should be for Boleslaw Zychowski or Zalewski. He was born before his parents married. I’m not sure who the Isabela person is, or what the red writing says, but would love to fill in the blanks.

Here is the parents marriage act. Maybe it tells more?id be interested in any information that can be found in it.

Izabela Zawadzka, 30, from Budzyn, present at birth, appeared with witnesses Franciszek Bartolt, 27, and Michał Muniewski, 40, both farmers from Budzyn, and presented a baby boy born yesterday by Marianna Żychowska, 20, maiden living in Budzyn with her father, of unknown father. At christening the boy was named Bolesław. Godparents: Franciszek Bartolt and Izabela Zawadzka. Signed only by the priest, the others don't write

The part on the side is difficult to read, but I can make out that the child's father Franciszek Zalewski claimed him to be his own son and that it was stated in the act of marriage on 11/24.01.1906.

In the presence of witnesses Franciszek Żychowski, 40, and Jan Bartolt, 37, both farmers from Budzyn, a marriage took place between
Franciszek Zalewski, 26, bachelor, discharged soldier, tenant, son of Jan and deceased Małgorzata born Balcerska, born in Zakrzewo and living in Budzyn, and
Marianna Żychowska, 26, maiden, daughter of farmers Ezechiel and Franciszka born Ejdys, born and living in Budzyn with her parents.
3 banns no prenuptial agreement.
The couple stated that they had a child born in Budzyn 31.10/ 13.11.1903 and based on the appropriate paragraph 291 of civic code of the Kingdom of Poland the child has received the status of legally born.
Signed by the priest, the groom and the witnesses. The bride doesn't write.
