I am looking at death entry #18, 12 November 1917 for Jozef Wąsik from Brzostowa Gora.

I can read the information in Latin but what I can't understand is the sentence pertaining to, I believe, the military listed under his age at death. Other family members say he died in Russia and I'm wondering if this sentence would give some clues?
I thought it was Polish but a very nice soul on Genealodzy told me it was German and has something to do with a military hospital
