Hi,

I want to make sure I have this correct. I believe the act below is for the death of Syzmon Gacioch, the 3rd of March 1828. Am I correct in seeing he was 90 and the widow of Ewa Obrebska, and the witnesses were his sons Bartolemiej and Piotr? I want to make sure it's correct, because there is another family tree with a Szymon Gacioch who is listed as this Szymon's father but I think they were separate people.

It happened in Baranowo on the twenty-third day of March, 1828 at two o'clock in the afternoon. Came Piotr Gacioch, forty years old, and Bartłomiej Gacioch, thirty-one years old, both day laborers, sons of the deceased, living in the village of Jastrząbka and they stated that yesterday at six o'clock in the morning died Szymon Gacioch, day laborer, lived in Jastrząbka, widower of Ewa Obrębska, ninety years old.
After being convinced with own eyes about the death of Szymon Gacioch this document was read out and signed. Witnesses do not write.
