Witam!

I am looking for my ancestor Woitek (alias Albert) ZAWADZKI / ZAWADZKY. According to his 1802 marriage entry in Lubliniec (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lubliniec), he was born around 1774 in "Makoliz in South Prussia" as the son of Grzegorz (alias Gregor) ZAWADZKI.

His place of birth may point to any of these two places:
- Mąkolice pow. piotrkowski (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C4%85ko ... otrkowski)), which is in Bogdanów parish
- Mąkolice pow. zgierski (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C4%85ko ... _zgierski)), which has an own Mąkolice parish

I saw that on Geneteka, there are indexes for both Mąkolice (http://geneteka.genealodzy.pl/index.php ... 05ld&op=gt[) and Bogdanów (http://geneteka.genealodzy.pl/index.php ... 05ld&op=gt[). Mąkolice starts only in 1808 and has no entries for ZAWADZKI, Bogdanów starts earlier, but does not have ZAWADZKI entries matching my ancestors (the only one that may be related is a Wojciech ZAWADZKI who died in 1806).
Are there any earlier records for Mąkolice? Was the parish founded in 1808 or did it already exist earlier? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! So what I'm gathering from this is that baptisms starting from 1720 still exist in the parish office today?

not for 100% but..yes, I hope that in Mąkolice św.Wojciecha in the "parish office" you can find liber nat. , which starts ab. AD 1720
