MAZUR / MAZONIA Julianna - Ściejowice pow. krakowskim

Hello!
I found that one of my direct ancestors, who went by many different surnames (of which I deem MAZUR and MAZONIA the most likely ones), was most likely born in Ściejowice, pow. krakowskim around 1784 (her death record says around 1767), as the daughter of Maciej MAZUR/MAZONIA. According to this book written in the late 1800s to early 1900s, the parish was based in Liszki back then. Now I cannot find any earlier records than 1810. Does that mean that those records have been destroyed or has Familysearch simply not digitalised the earlier years? Or was there another parish before 1810?
