Does this mean the wife left her husband, or he left her? I found this several times in the death records of Pcim. Also - maritus derelictae uxoris. If you are seserted can you get a divorce or annulment?

Co to znaczy? Znalazłem kilku małżonków, którzy porzucili swoje małżeństwa w jednej wiosce. Nie widziałem go nigdzie indziej. Czy ktoś mógłby uzyskać rozwód lub unieważnienie, gdyby małżonek odszedł?

uxor derelicti mariti = the wife of her surviving husband
maritus derelictae uxoris = the husband of his surviving wife

"Derelictus/derelicta" means 'left behind [after someone's death]' or 'surviving'. In this context the Latin word "derelictus" does not mean 'derelict' in English.
