It happened in the city Lublin on the 19th/31st day of December 1889 at 9 p.m. Appeared Jew Chil Goldsztajn, a craftsman master doing tin items, 26 years old, citizen of the village Mełgiew located in Mełgiew community in Lublin county, temporary living in the city Lublin in the presence of the witnesses: Moszek Frydman, trader, 49 years old and Szymon Mandeleil, factor, 37 years ago, both living in the city Lublin and presented Us a male child informing that the child was born in the city Lublin in the house number 382 on the 11th/23rd day of April 1888 at 3 p.m. with his legal wife Sura nee Sobel, 24 years old.
At the circumcison rite the child was given the name Daniel.
Child's father explained that the dalay of this act was caused by his long lasting disease.
Act was read aloud to the present, signed by witnesses and Us, child's father is illiterate.
