Translation of the first act:

911. Żubardź
It happened in the town of Łodź on the 11th/23th of May, 1891 at 4 P.M.
Appeared Józef Beszorner ( Beschorner), a weaver from Żubardź,26 years of age, accompanied by Reinhold Beszorner and Antoni Wild…?, both weavers, and he presented a male child born there on 27th of April/ 9th of May this year at 6 P.M by his wife Zuzanna nee Hoppe, 26 years of age. At baptism the child was given a name Antoni and his godparents were Reinhold Beszorner and Karolina Sztajnert.

As Kamil wrote above the links don't work, so I couldn't find the second act. Give a new link or just write details - parish, year, no. of act, name.

so I don't know where he found the link. I was looking for my grandmother, Paulina Beszoner, birth certificate. If there is a way to translate this one, it would be very much appreciated!

Arek provided the link for Paulina Beszoner. When I clicked on the link, it went to SKAN 1040, no other information.. For Paulina:

Paulina Beszoner, daughter of Ferdynand and Zuzanna Hoppe, born 23/3/1896, in Lodz.

The formula was always the same, so I give only details:
1040. Bałuty
Place and date: Łódź, 25th of March/6th of April, 1896
Date of birth: 11th/23th of March, 1896
Father: Ferdynand Beszorner, weaver, 28 years from Bałuty
Mother: Zuzanna Hope, 29 years
Witnesses: August Hope, carpenter, Ferdynand Beszorner (a mistake? Or second Ferdynand?), weaver, both from Białuty
Godparents: August Hope, Paulina Hope
Child: Paulina

Surname "Hoppe" was written with only one "p".
