Act No. 8/1839
The village of Czernice on January 31 / February 12, 1839 at 4 pm. We announce that in the presence of witnesses: Adam Rykowski, 40, a ruler from Czernice, and Józef Osiecki, 22, a butler in Czernice, who lives in Czernice, a religious marriage was concluded between:
- Jan Brzozowski, a bachelor of 20s, a distiller, living in Czernice, born in Brwilno, son of Józef and Brygida spouses Brzozowski steward, and
- Miss Teofila, 25 years old, daughter of Mikołaj and Katarzyna nee Samborska, spouses Sokołowski cook in Czernice living, born in Płock, living with her parents in Czernice.
Before the wedding three announcements were made: 1/13, 8/20 and 15/27 January this year in the church in Czernice announced. Parents gave permission to marry.
The newlyweds did not conclude a pre-wedding contract. The people mentioned in the act cannot write. Only the priest Mateusz Wyrzykowski, priest of the Czernice parish, signed the act.

Marriage of Marianna Sokołowska and Stanisław Karwowski – Akt 37 – Przasnysz – 1841:

Nr. 37, Karwacz and Sierakowo.

The event took place 5th October 1841 at 6 pm in the presence of witnesses Karol Rosiewicz, 40 y.o., gardener, resident of Szlasy, and Jan Brzozowski, 26 y.o., economist, resident of the village of Lamięty.

A marriage took place today between

Stanisław Karwowski, bachelor, 24 y.o., catholic, son of spouses: deceased Jozef Karwowski and living Scholastyka nee Włodkowska, residents of Karwowo, Dobrzysłowska parish, Zamżyński region; the groom is a resident of the village of Karwacz, where he's employed as a gardener; and

miss Maryanna Sokołowska, spinster, 17 y.o., catholic, resident of the village of Sierakowo where she lives with her parents, spouses Mikołaj Sokołowski and Katarzyna nee Szamborska.

The marriage was preceded by three banns read on 12, 19, and 26 September of this year in the Przasnysz parish, and verbal permission was given by the newlyweds' parents present at the ceremony. No objections were offered to the marriage. The newlyweds state that they did not contract a premarital agreement.

This act was read and signed by us, as well as by the groom and the witnesses, others mentioned in this act stated that they do not know how to write.
