My great grandparents on my mom’s side were Josef Romaszka (b1890 Vilna, Lithuania) maybe Romaska, and Karolina Majewska (abt 1892 Lithuania). I can’t seem to find much on either as to possible parents or siblings. I think they were married around 1911 in Lithuania and had their first child (Michael) there with my grandmother being born in the U.S..

For Josef the best I can figure out from an immigration passenger list is that his father’s first name starts with Win** and I think his dad had a brother Karl. I can’t find any clue to who Josef’s mom was.

As for Karolina I know her father was Franciszek Majewski (birth unknown maybe abt 1870) but can’t find anything on her mother. Franciszek also had 4 sons (Adam, Antoni, Franciszek & Michael) but I’m told by
a living relative that the boys had a different mother than Karolina did.

Any help you can give me in determining who the parents and siblings of my grandparents (especially Karolina’s mother) were would be appreciated

There is no Romaszko in birth metrics of Wilno 1890

The title suggests it`s only one parochia (All Saints) but inside you can find them all.
Later, i will try to find something more

Thank you all for trying. Sounds like you've hit the same brick walls I did. Other than knowing Karolina's father, I can't find anything about her mom or siblings. And for Joseph Romaszka I still can't find anything on him from before he arrived in the US.
