Hi Carol, it says:
#169. Drzązdzewa. In Krasnosielec, on November 25th 1831, at four p.m., appeared before me Szymon Woycik, peasant, father in law of the deceased, 60 years of age, and Woyciech Dąbrowski, peasant, 45 years of age, both living in Drzązdzewa, and reported that on 22nd of November, at eight p.m., Stanisław Dąbrowski, peasant from Drzązdzewa, 34 years of age, passed away, leaving his widowed wife, Maryanna born Woycik. Having ascertained Dąbrowski's death, the present act was read to the ones present, the first of whom is the father in law to the deceased.

Signed by the vicar. The place the priest refers to is called Drążdżewo today. By Woycik the priest presumably meant Wójcik.

The style of these records is really difficult to reproduce in English, apologies if it sounds clumsy!
