The city of Łódź, September 8th 1861, 5 p.m.
Appeared Reinhold Zachert, weaver, living in Łódź, 28 years old, in the presence of Herman Zachert, child's uncle, 36 years old and Wilhelm Ihle, 36 years old, both weavers, living in Łódź and presented a male child, who was born in Łódź on August 26th of the current year, at 9 a.m., of his wife Maria nee Klenner, 22 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the names Hugon Wilhelm, and the godparents were: the aforementioned witnesses and Karolina Womall.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses.
