my father was born in skawina poland in 1957. his name was Janusz Stepski. His father was Marian Stepski born around 1935. I cant find any records of marian to research this family line. I was told my father has 5 half brothers still in poland. my grandmothers name is Janina. they came to the USA in the 1960's but my grandfather did not come. I think he was remarried. I know he has since passed. this is all the information i was given. Please help me find my remaining family or just some information about them. thanks. -Eva Stepski

Maybe this is not the most elegant way of doing genealogical research, but please be aware that there are still many Stępski left in Skawina, so looking after them by Google and contacting by FB may not be the worst idea.

Also, if you are a direct descendant, you may contact Polish officials for birth, marriage and death certificates of both your parents and grandparents. Please browse thru latest English posts here, there are people who will help you.
